All attendees (regardless of vaccination status) will be required to:

  • Return a negative RAT test taken on the day of the event (Name and date specified). This will be required to be shown as proof upon arrival at registration for the conference.

Note: If you return a positive result on a RAT due to a recent COVID-19 infection, you will be required to provide evidence of your positive PCR/RAT results with your name and the date the test was taken. You will only be allowed to enter the conference if it has been at least 7 days since your infection and you are not experiencing symptoms. • Wear a mask while travelling on the AYC shuttle in accordance with the NSW Government face mask rules.

In accordance with the NSW Government, masks are strongly recommended to be worn whenever you cannot socially distance. However, they are not mandatory at the conference and should be worn at your own discretion.

Moreover, the following measures will also be undertaken by our event organisers to ensure the health and safety of all attendees, including but not limited to:

  • The provision of RATs for onsite testing (for those who develop symptoms during the duration of the conference only)
  • Specified rooms for quarantine/isolation
