Why is the ticket pricing different this time?

Our pricing structure and price points this time are different.

AYC is not-for-profit, and so the ticket price goes directly into the costs of running AYC. We endeavor to provide the cheapest possible tickets, to ensure AYC is accessible for all people.

In the past few years costs have been increasing across all areas. In order to continue to make AYC accessible, AYC has transitioned to a ticketing model which enables you to customize your ticket with regard to food.

We now provide meals as an optional add-on, where you can select exactly how many meals and which meals you would like. You may also select a meal package which includes all meals.

In 2023, we are proud to partner with an Adventist catering company, providing healthy and tasty plant-based meals. By selecting a meal, you will be directly supporting Adventist business.

Food Information

All meals served at the conference will be vegetarian. Please specify any dietary requirements/allergies that the organising team should know of on the online registration form by the 12th of January 2023 so we can try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that the conference is not liable for any result of false declaration and can not guarantee you a meal if your dietary requirements are not specified accurately or if you notify us past this dat
