Registration

When and where will AYC 2024 be?

AYC 2024 takes place 25- 28 January 2024 at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, 65 Queens Rd, Albert Park VIC 3004.

How much will it cost to attend AYC?

Children Ages 0-8 will not be charged, however will still need to be registered. You may select as many or as little meals as you prefer. Meal options are optional add-ons.

Group discounts are available, simply add additional attendees at the time of registration.

Please note that the above prices do not include the cost of accommodation. Meals are an additional optional add-on.

All meals served at the conference will be vegetarian.

I heard the Sabbath morning program is restricted access only? Is it still free?

Yes. The Sabbath morning program (Sabbath School and Divine Service) will be restricted access only.

If you have not registered for the full AYC conference but still wish to attend the Sabbath morning service, you must register and obtain a FREE Sabbath morning session ticket.

If you do not show your free Sabbath ticket at the door, you will be denied entry.

There is an extremely limited number of free Sabbath morning tickets, and they will be released on a first-come-first-serve basis.

How do I register for the Sabbath morning session?

If you are not planning to attend the full AYC conference, and ONLY wish to attend the Sabbath Morning program (Sabbath School and Divine Service), you MUST register a free ticket here: Register now

With high demand, and limited spaces, if you do not register and do not show your ticket at the door on Sabbath morning, you will be denied entry.

What discounts are available?

A 10% discount will also be available for groups (minimum 10 people).

To access this discount, register all 10 people simultaneously by pressing "add attendee" during the registration process. Once a minimum of 10 have been aded, the discount will automatically apply.

 

What about refunds and adjustments?

You may adjust your registration after the fact, by selecting "Manage My Registration".

If you registered as part of a group, please contact your group organizer to help you edit/manage your registration.

Accommodation

Where can I find accommodation for AYC 2024?

AYC is pleased to partner with Pullman Hotels and Resorts and the Mercure Hotels at Albert Park for an exclusive discount on rooms to those who have registered.

The Pullman Hotel and the Mercure whilst different hotels are part of the same group, and both are located in the same complex as the AYC 2024 conference.

This discount is roughly 50% off the listed price for both the Pullman and Mercure rates with an option for a buffet breakfast.

The link is available at the end of the registration form and the booking is made directly with the Pullman and Mercure hotels.

Alternatively, there is an independent Facebook Group, AYC Accommodation and Transport which you may find useful in finding people to share accommodation or transport with. AYC does not manage this page and is not responsible for any of its content or transactions arranged through it.

Program

What time does the conference start and finish?

The conference registration opens at 6:00pm on Thursday the January 25. The opening session starts at 7:00pm.

The conference final session will be finished at 3:45pm on Sunday January 28.

Transport

How do I get there?

There are a variety of ways to get to AYC 2024, including hiring a car, using a rideshare service or calling a friend to carpool!

There are trams which stop near the venue on St Kilda Rd (a few minute walking distance).

There is street-parking in the surrounding streets, however please check the signage as parking restrictions may apply.

There is an independent Facebook Group, AYC Accommodation and Transport which you may find useful in finding people to share accommodation or transport with. AYC does not manage this page and is not responsible for any of its content or transactions arranged through it.

There is street parking available in the streets around the Pullman Hotel. There is also early bird parking at the hotel and nearby parking garages.

If you would like to take public transport, the closest tram stop is High Street - Stop 27 on St Kilda Road.
The closest train station is Flinders Street Station or Prahan Station.

Cancellation/refund

AYC conference registration fees and all associated fees paid to AYC are non-refundable in any circumstances. In case of cancellation, the attendee should notify AYC, but no refund will be given.
